Broken when received.
I don’t normally write reviews. This was the second time I purchased this necklace. I loved the first one and I broke it. I ordered again and the necklace was broken in multiple pieces when received. The quality was not like the first one I purchased

Tarnished in less than a week of wearing. Definitely not white gold plated. Going to return this. Very disappointing. UPDATE: The seller has reached out and has offered a full refund. Great customer service, thank you so much.

Great customer service
Necklace itself is good and very durable, I’m not sure how real it is, but I can say I do like it and it looks great! They said I can get warranty on it that came with my product Unfortunately, my necklace broke and got stepped on and was broken to pieces I sent it in to get a replacement but it never came in. They did their best to try and locate the package but it was never found. They still decided ti keep their word and send me a replacement. Hopefully it will come in soon!

It’s pretty but looks fake.
It’s too white when compared to true white gold pieces. I can’t use it as intended with my white gold pendants BUT I decided to keep it for some costume jewelry items I have.

I bought a several of these for my granddaughters. Since the necklace is white gold and a sturdy box chain we don’t have to worry about other chains turning green on their neck. They can put whatever they like on this necklace and enjoy.
