Best Briner
Oh my gosh, this briner is the best. I think it was a little more costly than the other ones I was looking at but it is perfect. After using this one I wouldn’t buy another brand

Worked great for a 21 lb turkey. So much easier than a brining bag!
Brined a 21 lb turkey. Worked great, was easy to use, and fit easily in our standard sized fridge (had to take out a shelf of course.) The turkey was very snug though, and I don't think I would try a bigger turkey in it, even though it says it can do 25 lbs. The edges of the turkey were pressed up against the side of the briner, so I was worried they would absorb as much flavor. But everything turned out great, and I will definitely use this again.

Best
I wanted to try something new brining was it! This help keep out of my way. Large enough to brine 20 lbs turkey. I've also done a 15lb brisket I also got the brining bags which help with clean up. My only caveat is it VERY LARGE I do have an extra fridge where I can remove a shelf it fit perfectly

Great Idea
Wish I had thought of this first. This design is great. I especially like the inner lid and shelving idea "brilliant". Prevents meat from floating and keeps it submerged in the brine. I have only two comments/suggestions: White gives the appearance of clean, but it is harder to keep from discoloration after use. I think a little bleach might get rid of the discoloration, so I'll give that a try. Finally, I wish that the pale was a little thicker as it is now, I wonder how long it will last.
