I was currently taking a regular Q Co10 before I read about ubiquinol. I started this product and could definitely tell the difference.

This product has really helped my sore legs when I take my stations.

I have been using these for a few years and they are recommended if you take statins and yes they work well. My only complaint is the cost has gone up. There are lots of legit other alternatives if it needs to go this way, sadly I hope it doesn’t come to that.

this is our second bottle of ubiquinol. I have read somewhere that ubiquinol is an active form of coenzyme Q10, so we switched to this product. we take it mainly for antioxidant protection but i have also noticed improvement in my energy.
