The description of this product is completely false. You wouldn’t possibly walk around using this as a packer.

This item is really good. It helps with loads with disphoria and you can actual urinate as you want... Really good. One design flaw is that the impression in the ball means that urine can sit in there if you wont lean forward and make a conscious effort to get it out, and unless you want to walk around with a hard on you have to tuck the phallus up with the balls.

It’s too hard to pack with, unless your goal is to walk around with a boner. The hole at the tip is a lot bigger than in the picture which is good so it comes out easily and efficiently. You have to point it downward quite a bit to get the pee out of the balls, which isn’t that big a deal. It’s completely worth the money, if anything I’d say it’s worth more because the material is very nice quality. Definitely recommended for your first stp if you’re not sure you want to stp.
