No Trays are received.. rims of 2 pots are broken.. No order/bill papers are in the parcel.. What can I do without Trays.. so take back the delivered parcel OR deliver Trays for all the 10 pots

The pots are really flimsy and the material is of a poor quality the quickly becomes rigid and brittle once exposed to the sun.The material needs to be thicker for use as pots. The trays provided are inadequate in width and depth to hold any excess water from watering the plants.The price, given the quality, is too high.Not recommended for purchase

Only trays were received. Planter/plots were missing. This is completely wrong when compare with product details. Not recommended if only trays are selling. Need to correct the product descriptions.

The finishing is good and the pots appear sturdy but there is a nasty smell that is coming off them. According to the seller, it is 100% virgin plastic , hence i'm really confused as to why the smell is there.
