Just a bit short from being excellent
Good for legal practitioners, but there’s a bit of repetition, and major part of it speaks about jury trials which are a thing of the past in India atleast. The entire legal context changes when you teach about Jury trials. When legal books don’t apply to the present scenario somehow they lose their charm, as law is dynamic. I would still recommend the book to anyone wanting to have a glimpse of criminal trials and cross examination.

This is a great book over all on advocacy. This is suitable for any law aspirants, young fresh advocate or even for amateur as well!An art of cross-examination is inherent aspect of advocacy , and that has been covered in depth in this book!I would recommend this book for fresh advocates or even law aspirants as they will get much idea about profession of advocacy from this book!
