Relieved shoulder and back pain
Before I found this pillow I was using the original Boppy and two sided Boppy and struggling with shoulder and back pain because I found that even with the pillows I still needed to support my baby's position with my arms. Then I found this pillow and decided to try it, and the results have been wonderful. I can relax my arms while my son nurses and no longer hunch forward. My shoulders and back feel much better. An additional benefit is that this pillow positions my baby with head above stomach (unlike the Boppy which places the baby flat) and I have noticed that he spits up less and is less gassy after feeding with this pillow. The pillow is sturdy and well made, the filling is firm and supportive, and it comes with a slipcover that easily comes off for washing. This will be my new go-to shower gift for friends. I was also impressed with the speed and helpfulness of the customer service response when I contacted shuga Bebe to ask about expedited shipping. All around great product and seems to be a good company!

Not the magical pillow I had wished for, but I think it's worth a try!
I was so excited to receive this in the mail in hopes to make nursing my baby more comfortable. The good: It is a beautiful pillow- pretty design (grey flowers) and looks was better on my couch than a Boppy. The material is soft and lightweight. It is a comfortable armrest for me.The not as good as I had truly hoped for: While bottle feedings are more comfy on this pillow, it was the breastfeeding that I was buying it for. Even though I mimicked the photos on the packaging to a tee, I still couldn't get baby or me comfy. Here's my thought as to why- 1. I'm kind of short (5'2") 2. I'm overweight and can't shove the pillow close enough to me? 3. Baby is a bit squirmy and wiggles a lot. 4. My couch is rather soft and squishy?I am still experimenting with using this pillow as it still is better than me hunching down with a boppy to reach her. I find that a firm pillow behind my back along with the Shuga Bebe helps considerably. Wish me luck!

LOVE THIS NURSING PILLOW!
I just received this product and I am so excited about it. My daughter is 4 months old and I am larger breasted. We have been breast feeding successfully however, I had a hard time getting comfortable while breast feeding. Positioning was difficult for us. This pillow solved this problem. The angle is perfect and the pillow mimics a couch side/ cushion which is awesome. She is at an incline as well so it helps with her swallowing. I have less milk overflow out of her mouth than I did before this pillow. Another bonus I can now breast feed in bed without having to reposition 8 times and cause my daughter to need to re latch. I have the anchor cover and and cover that I am reviewing. This pilllow is also very nice looking. It DOES NOT look like a nursing pillow.

Made feeding more relaxing for both of us.
Our experience with the pillow: Feedings used to make me feel like I had my fingers pushing into baby's head and gave me shoulder and upper back pain with her growing weight. Not anymore with the Shuga Bebe pillow. When she sees me pull the pillow close she knows what that means and gets excited. She is much more comfortable and the incline really helps with her reflux. She burps much easier and more completely and spits up less. I can more cradle her head with my hands and stroke her hair.Specifically about the pillow: Straight out of the package the pillow has a nice soft feel; the fabric is like a soft jean material with a gorgeous pattern. I would have preferred to have the pillow stuffed a little firmer right out of the package. I know I can add my own but it would be nice straight out of the package to have a little more fill. Using the pillow is quite handy although it does take a little getting used to for mom as there is a tiny bit of a learning curve to figure out what way your baby lays best to feed. Having the inclined plane a little bit longer so that it stretches across both legs would be a little more helpful for my use.All in all I love this product it has been such a help! My daughter is 2 months old, 11.8 pounds and it's very hard to hold her cross cradle. I would absolutely recommend this pillow to anyone.
