Worked perfect. Easy to install if you can wire an outlet in you can do this.

Had a hard time diagnosing the problem at first. The original unit showed 12v DC output when disconnected from the panel. So I couldn’t understand why I had dead coach batteries after 4 days with full hookup to power. I kept looking for parasitic drains all over the coach without success. After some research online, I decided to replace this component and it fixed the problem. Evidently the old unit was still making 12v DC, but at very low amps - not sure how low, but not enough! I did consider upsizing from 55 amps to 65-75 to minimize my needed daily generator hours for charging the batteries while boon docking. Because space is at such a premium (as you can see in the photo) I decided to stay at 55 amps and retrofit all the interior lights to LED (22 in all) to lower the 12v load instead. This new unit was a direct replacement under the bed in my Fleetwood 31N Tioga Ranger. Receptacle plug for 120v AC power, 2 - connector lugs for the 12v DC power and a ground wire. Easy install and it works great. Hope the new one lasts as long as the original. I’m a happy camper now.

I had an accident and had lots of physical damage to my left shoulder, crushed wrist and had to have a pin put in left hip. So my wife with my talking her thru it installed this new charger and a new AGM battery. Coleman's camper Co installed originally a single stage Non-FCC approved charger. After that one burnt up 2 batteries in 5 years I decided to upgrade. Coleman does not care that their oem charger thrashes any communications equipment operating near them. My wife had to also install a female 120vac connection for the new charger. This was done by cutting off the wired in cables to the old charger. Then putting the female connector one them, Green, White and Black. The new charger works great and has no radio interface on two way radios. 73 Jimmy, wx9dx

I loved the modern design, looks very durable and works great. I had to install a female 120v plug in my converte bay since the previous faulty converter was wired straight from the mother board to the breakers and the new converter has a 120v male plug. But other than that i saved $800. Because the rv repair shop was going to charge me $400 for the converter and $400 for the install ,and it took me 1hr to fix it myself

This product appears to be working well after the install. The install itself is very simple and straight forward. This product is completely RF quiet, which was important to me since I operate sensitive radios for long distance communication in the RV. This is the second WFCO product I have used. The previous one started giving signs of failure after about 5 years on the job operating on a daily basis 24/7. The first one was still working but started making a loud hissing noise. That was a sign that it was time to put it out to pasture and avoid a complete failure at the least opportune time. If this one lasts another 5 years, I'll feel like I got my money's worth...again.

Please search for a better price on Amazon. I bought this through Prime and found I missed a much better price that was also Prime. Amazon dropped its price after I purchased after I paid. Just be careful before you buy. Unit seems to be an exact replacement and it was easy to install.

I have included before and after. This was an exact same model I was very surprised to find on Amazon. I had to replace my old converter in my 2007 Class A coachman. Most difficult part was finding where the old one was. Once found I had to figure a way to remove it and replace it with new one. Had to cut a hole next to fuse panel to reach in and remove old. Everything was a perfect match. Could not have been more pleased. Immediately noticed the difference with battery reading and able to turn on all lights and maintained same voltage. Old one my voltage dropped off immediately until power went of. I would highly recommend this product.

This was a direct replacement for the unit I was having trouble with. Swapping the unit out was straight forward and so far it is working as expected. It is quiet and producing a steady voltage to maintain the battery as well as cover any DC loads.

Our Converter/Charger died on a long weekend, we phoned 6 rv repair people nobody was available, I ordered this unit, it arrived ... seriously not even joking, about 18 hours later... my husband, terribly afraid of electricity, had no problem at all installing this... so if he can do it you can too :D... plugged it in and it started up right away, I realized it's early to write a review as I don't know if it will give me a problem tomorrow or the next day, I'm just super happy with Amazon's super speedy delivery and the ease of install, I just had to send this review right away!!

the converter on the trailer failed for reasons unknown, it is the exact same model as this one and was only 1.5 years old, so take that for what its worth on the longevity scale, but the replacement was easy enough to replace, it is a drop in replacement, but the biggest hassle, which has nothing to do with the converter itself, is how much of a pain it was to fit it into the space allocated for it in the trailer. the price seems steep, but when compared to the trailer dealership it was an ok price. and much faster to arrive.

Fixed my power issue

This converter works great! It is much lighter than the one it replaced which made it so much easier to install. The fact that it can be placed in any position was also a huge bonus. Delivery was quick and seller promptly answered me when I had a question. Highly recommend this product and this seller!

This is an exact replacement for the one in my 2009 Forest River Forester model 2941. Fits and works perfectly.
