Straight up good good and good for you.
It's reassuring I can eat well for breakfast - without "doctored" food, unnecessary additives or harmful/toxic ingredients. These non-GMO "Irish" oats, have helped keep me fit as a fiddle. At 61, refraining from the normal fast food breakfast sandwich and all those unhealthy additives has been HUGE for me, health wise. I feel so much better... steel cut oats with blueberries, walnuts, and a little brown sugar gets it done for me. I guess this officially makes me a geezer, but, at least my arteries don't look like two miles of bad road...
