All tables/graphics are in black and white. I compared it to another copy purchased by a fellow student and think I was sold a reprint.No access code either.

Ok read, half of the book contains useful information, and a half just to fill in an empty space. The questions that were provided for instructor use, are useless. In order for students to answer it, they need to memorize all book word in word, which is not realistic.

Ordered this as a textbook for a class being used over multiple semesters. Finally getting to the end of the book, turned to the assigned pages to find they’re not there. Looked at the Table of Contents to find a total of four chapters and the index missing, a total of 131 pages. Obviously passed the return date. With the cost of these text books, this is beyond disappointing.

The book is not a complete book! It’s missing chapters 13-16 and the index.

I believed I was ordering a textbook, but only the first portion of the book is contained in the physical book. The rest is electronic, and there is supposed to be a code to access the rest of the book. When I put in the code, it was invalid. I had chapters I was supposed to read for this week and was not able to. Extremely disappointing. False advertising.
