I was hesitant to buy because there were no reviews that showed an image for which pools it would or wouldn't fit on. But since that was the complaint I thought I would post a couple pictures of how it fits my pool filter and also the name and model of the summer waves pool it WILL FIT on. Hope this helps anyone else hesitant to buy but has the same pool model as I do. It is expensive of a part but this company sells cheap pools so I guess it makes sense to make you spend extra money for accessories. A lot of pool store companies will sell Intex pool parts and supplies much cheaper and are better pools. So the next pool will be a solid above ground pool or if I go cheap again, it will be an Intex brand.

I bought this so I could hook up my intex skimmer to my summer wave pool. The only modification I had to make was where the intex skimmer hose connected to it. So I folded a paper towel wrapped and wrapped around where the hose connected then used some clear packaging to tape it on and it worked perfectly. The adapter itself screwed right on to my summer waves pool. So glad I purchased this. Although it seems pretty pricey for a piece of plastic, the product itself was convenient and a great solution to my problem.

Used for summer waves 10ft x 30in quickset pool I bought at Menards. Fits perfectly, and important part is that it is threaded. I made my own but it was sucking air in from behind the outlet. When screwed on seal is good. I’m also using a much bigger pump I purchased separately that is 1500gph. Tip for small pools…I cut 12 feet out of the middle of a standard pool vacuum hose and simply used the waterproof gorilla tape to put back together. Couldn’t find a shorter vacuum hose than 25 ft. Now I can vacuum my tiny pool and it’s clean. Worth the money for this adapter.

Somewhat lengthy delivery, a little hard to thread on, way over priced but it does the job.

I was a little skeptical ordering this product. Last summer my brother spent so much money trying to get our pool cleaners to work with no luck. When my mom and I set the pool up this year I ordered this adapter in hopes it was what I needed. Sure, enough it was exactly what was needed, and our vacuum works great. It was the best $13 I've ever spent.
