My first venture into the world of Employee I.d's and I must say I could've done worse. This is a very good mid-range product and my top recommendation if you don't have an I.D. maker and possess some crafty skills.

The perforated cards are more of a pain than a time saver. way better off buying the straight paper and cutting to size. Not a knock on the company at all, just personal preference. I end up wasting a lot.

I bought this pack to start creating ID's for my company and was very impressed with the initial quality. I did get slightly confused and didn't note that this pack came with 7mil and not 10mil butterfly pouches but was still very impressed with the quality. I did later purchase 10mil though, since the 7mil seemed to flimsy and didn't feel or look as high quality as some matte finish 10mil butterfly pouches. The downloadable templates for these 4x6 inch 1up paper doesn't actually align properly. It took me many attempts to get the downloadable .psd template to align with my paper.

I run a small consulting business, and require all my techs to carry a badge. When going from the full sheets and punch machine to these, make sure you do your research. Although these would help cut down on the wasted sheets, it would be nice if there was actually someone at the company or the company website provided better printer alignment support

Good quality

The idea that you can print your own badges using this paper, an inkjet printer and a laminator is intriguing, but it falls short in practice. The end product doesn’t hold a candle to what can be produced by an actual badge printer and PVC cards. Skip it.

Paper ID tags, I needed PVC. My bad for not reading completely. I could've got these at office depot. Why suggest the hologram and the ID hole punch for a piece of paper?
