Going into this book I had no idea where to begin with private real estate investing. After finishing it I feel equipped with the knowledge on where to start and what to expect.Very easy read on what is probably a very boring topic to learn about. The author is whimsical yet confident in his explanations. I enjoyed the book and recommend it to anyone.

This book is very well written and thought through. The author provides seasoned advice and resources for newbs and intermediates to gain more knowledge of investing.A book worth reading multiple times.

I had seen this book talked about on social media recently and it didn’t disappoint. It is a fairly quick read but gives everything one would need for thinking through whether or not to invest in private real estate. I found it to be simple but thorough which nirvana when it comes to these types of books. Well done.

This book is excellent. The author is knowledgeable and has no agenda other than teaching. The book contains many principles that are important to know but difficult to find in other popular books in the field. I read many real estate books. This is my favorite.

Well written book about RE syndication with various savvy advices. Only missing some updates about evolution of crowdfunding space (limited to 2015). a steal for the price!
