Intex 68324 Excursion 4, 4 Person Inflatable Boat Set with Aluminium Oars and High Output, 3.14 x 1.65 m, Depth: 44 cm

Bought this as went away for a few days near lakes where I knew the authorities were ok with folk using their own boats. Out of the box everything was all in a carry bag, I just put this bag in the roof box. Not being sure what facilities were available at the destination I also bought an inverter that meant I could inflate the boat from my car using my existing mains powered electric pump. While ultimately this was not needed, it's a nice to have for future trips. On arrival I unpacked the boat, simple instructions and even with a glass of wine in hand, the boat was ready for use in roughly 30 minutes, this would likely be longer if using the included hand pump! Several uses on the lake later it was clear the boat was stable, robust and easily suitable for four adults. The Oar mountings were strong, though flexed the skin of the boat a bit. We adopted a dragon boat style of rowing, awesome fun! When it came to packing up, the boat was easily deflated. I had no problems fitting everything back into the supplied bag and popping it back into the roof box. It appears that there are a number of accessories for the boat, including the option for an outboard motor, which I will be exploring further. The boat/bag is now in my garage, sitting neatly under the bench awaiting its next Excursion! Highly recommended.

In terms of value for money - this is excellent. The boat blows up in around 10-15 minutes easily with the pump provided and even with 4 people in it (2 adults and 2 children + dog on occasion!), it felt sturdy and spacious. It deflates quickly and fits easily back into the carry bag provided. In terms of size in bag - it's probably just a bit bigger than a double airbed. The only slight downside are the oars which could be a bit longer. It's a bit of an effort to row fully laden if there is a current or breeze and longer oars would lessen the effort. Despite this, the product still gets 5 stars as the fun we had on the first outing was worth every penny. Delivery was very quick after ordering. We would definitely recommend this product but can see us also considering a small motor.

It’s massive cheap and made with quality materials rod holders front and back screws for an outboard oars lock into the boat and it deflates easy had it in the bag in 5 min pumps decent but an electric one is much easier. Got mine for £209 couldn’t believe how good it is for the price

We tried it in the lake district. My kids and wife enjoyed the experience.Though its for four persons, it takes a load for up to 500 kg, therefore can carry 5 easily.Just get life vests and enjoy with the family.Great price for the quality. It can even support a small motor with its fittings ready made.

Excellent value for money to be fair and a great design for a day of family fun. I have taken this on our local river half a dozen times already, and despite worrying crashing into several fallen trees; it remains Intact.It weaknesses compared to dearer inflatables are obvious though and I do fear I'm one or two trees away from disaster (my locals quite narrow and spikey) so I've actually been looking to get something more durable where I can relax little more having littlens with me. Thing is, really, really struggling to find anything this large, comfy, light and easy to set up!Lounger seats are great for 4 to well...loungeIf only they made a "pro" version of the same .

This is so easy to put up. About 10-15 mins of manual pumping. You need to inflate everything in the correct order though. Boat is really strong. We ended up with seven in and a dog. But of a squeeze but the boat is spacious with only 4 in.

Really good value for the price. The hand pump is quick and efficient. The oars are well designed and secure in their mountings. We have used it on the River Ouse at the bottom of of our garden and on holiday on the Firth of Forth and had lots of fun. I'm sure there must be a way of getting into it without falling flat and floundering over to the seats but it all adds to the fun for us in our mid-seventies.

Boat is great apart from the build quality of the seats. the toggle which attaches the seat to the boat has come loose around the stitching rendering one seat useless. Will update this post with an image soon.
