Official BeatBuddy Dual Momentary Footswitch OPEN BOX

I returned the first one erroneously. I thought it wasn't working correctly because the right button wasn't stopping the music, as it did when I first plugged it in. Worked beautifully. IMPORTANT. you have to use the cord that comes with it because it's stereo. Needs two black bands on the 1/4 " jack. I used a shorter one that only had one black band and only the left button worked. I figured this out when I got my replacement. It's awesome1

Definitely needed for added control of the amazing beat buddy. Very well constructed and sturdy. Recommended highly if you love the beat buddy as much as I do!

This is a greate if you want to perform with beat buddy. It allows you to change beats without bending over and it allows you to to start and stop a beat cleanly.The beat buddy mini has an explosive fill when you start or stop beat with the switch on beat buddy itself. This is annoying (Like a live drummer who throws in an explosive and inappropriate fill at the beginning and end of EVERY song).The switch solves this issue..Note: I am not sure but I think that the big Beat Buddy allows you to turnoff the beginning and end fill.

The Beat Buddy works well on its own, but the footswitch is really necessary to control the Beat Buddy more effectively. It works well and is built to last.

I really didn't expect this to be so big. It's bigger than the BeatBuddy Mini that I bought it for! On the other hand, it does feel very solid. Feels like it will take a beating. I don't like that that you pretty much have to buy this to get the full functionality out of the BeatBuddy, and then they charge half as much as the dang pedal. Ridiculous. Stars off for limited functionality for such an exorbitant cost.

Works great with the Beat Buddy. You get the Beat Buddy you need this pedal as well for easy on tap stop and start etc..

Heavy aluminum box, seemed to work ok. Noticed today that the cord was sticking out at a wonky angle. Hmmm. Pulled it out and part of the jack came out with it (metal ferrule). Took it home and opened it up and . . . unbelievable. The switches and the jack are the most incredibly cheap hardware imaginable. The switches are mostly plastic, as is the jack. The wires are the smallest guage I've ever seen in a switch box. The fact that this box costs $50 is truly sad. I can only hope the internals of the Beatbuddy pedal itself is better quality, but confidence is low.

There was nothing I didn't like about this switch... Other then my big feet sometimes throw both switches LOLOLOL.... It performs as advratized and is a must have for the "Beat Buddy and Beat Buddy Mini" it comes with the wire to connect it which the Amazon ad doesn't tell you...
