What exactly does this do to bowel movements? Like will it make stool more loose or more solid?

Hi Kieran Bull, Thank you for your question, and we appreciate your interest in the Intestinal Fortitude's GLR-6. While everyone is different, in our experience so far, is that GLR-6 reduces the number of BMs, as well as “firm up” those that you do have. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know by reaching out to us directly -- https://amzn.to/2Uw4SxW ----Zoey, Customer Service

Where did you have the problem on your belly ?

Hi Lisa, I'm not exactly sure how to answer this question, but for us it was Crohn's that lead to the development of AI-5. Please feel free to message us if this wasn't the answer you were looking for. Thanks!

How long do you have to take this product to see results?

Hello. Thank you for the question. While some people report almost immediate improvement, you should give it 2 to 3 weeks before expecting any major changes. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Can you take 2 of your products together

Thanks for the question. Absolutely! They were designed to work together. We take the AI-5 in the morning to help fight inflammation, and the GLR-6 at night to coat and soothe our GI system so that it can heal. If you want to really get going... take 20g of our L-Glutamine powder to feed the cells of your gut lining. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
