Moisturizing Lotion

This was recommended to me by my esthetician. She said that this is what she uses and is a great inexpensive over the counter moisturizer. She said to use my anti aging and heavier moisturizers at night bc that's when your skin replenishes so it will work better then and you'll be getting the best use out of the more expensive moisturizers but that this is a great lightweight daytime moisturizer. And it can be used on face and body. When I use it, it feels nice and refreshing. When I was using my anti aging moisturizer I felt like my face stayed shiny all day, too shiny. People probably thought I have oily skin when in fact I'm more on the dry side. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or oily. It keeps my skin feeling moisturized all day and not dry. I have this brand of face cleanser too which I like. I like the smell of the face cleanser. Reminds me of something from my childhood. The moisturizer doesn't really have a smell to it. I prefer no smell over a smell I don't like or a perfume smell. Plus I don't need extra ingredients added to my moisturizer, that only increases the chance of being allergic to something in it. I love the pump on each of these, makes it super easy. Not struggling to close a lid with moisturizer in my hand. Plus it doesn't get that dried goop at the end of the nozzle each time like some of my eye creams in pumps do. The price on this 2 pack ($13) is the best price I've seen anywhere. What a deal! It became unavailable shortly after I bought it. Perhaps that's why it took 2 months to ship. I ordered it three weeks prior to schools being shut down due to the coronavirus so that may have been part of the reason but not the complete reason. In the meantime I had to order a single pack while I was waiting for this one to arrive and that was $10 and I really shopped around trying to find the best price. So you can see what a great deal this really was ($10 for one, $13 for two). If this deal becomes available again I will definitely buy again...if I ever run out of the three I already have. I do like that I have so much though because I can make sure I get full coverage on my face without worrying about how much product I'm using.

My skin is thirsty but a little bit sensitive. My dermatologist could have suggested expensive products from their storefront but she recommended Cetaphil and they had samples in her office. It is perfect for my skin and I often use it on my face too. I ordered this size because we went to Europe for a little over 2 weeks in the winter and I needed good lotion from head to toe. I put it in my checked bag and it was plenty for me and my husband for the whole trip. Excellent ingredients, great thickness (in between) and settles into the skin nicely without a greasy look or feel.

When I don't need the heavy duty relief of Eucerin basic cream, I use this. Like now, when it's getting warmer out. I use it on my face - no fragrance so I don't get watery eyes and sneeze every minute or so - no irritating chemicals, or none that irritate my terribly sensitive skin. And it doesn't have that substance that's in almost every other lotion, the chemical (I think it's a silicone) that allows the manufacturers to claim: Lasts For 24 Hours!!! I don't care for a lotion that last for all that time, because they are sticky on the skin and I can live without that. I like one that absorbs, and if I need to reapply, I do so. It's not a big deal, and it makes my skin feel clean, not sticky. Cetaphil has been one of my mainstay products over the years, it was one of the first that didn't use fragrance, and didn't irritate my skin. I use this all over, even the face. It's fine under make up, it absorbs and softens, and that's all I want from a lotion. It's a great product, and worth buying.

Great lotion we’re getting

The search is over for me, and I suppose it has been for the past 5 years. Defining "Skin Type" was an endless effort as seasons shifted, skin changed, and hormonal (in)balance typically required a different moisturizing remedy to fit whatever my skin was desiring. Once I tried this lotion, I was hooked and the #1 reason why derived from the lotions all encompassing moisturizing BALANCE for all skin types. I have the ever so wonderful skin type that has me thinking, "my face looks like you could drill oil from it" on one day, then days later thinking, "where in God's name did this dryness come from?" Cetaphil has become my saving grace, so to speak, and balances it all out. Once I apply it to my face and body in the morning, I don't have to keep lathering up. It LOCKS in the moisture without the greasy shine. Coming from the pharmaceutical industry, I have witnessed the trust that medical professionals put in Galderma products. I wasted too much time on other products. This lotion has become a non-negotiable in my daily routine to ensure my skins health, vibrancy, and all day moisture. Oh, and not to mention purchasing from Amazon is less expensive (see photos)

I have horrible skin. It is dry, extremely acne prone and very sensitive. I have a hard time finding anything that has long term positive effects on my skin. The only thing that has worked is going to the derm and this. I use Cetaphil Antibacterial Cleansing Bar on my face at night followed by this moisturizer then Persa Gel overnight. In the morning I use Clean and Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser followed by this then apply a skin clearing makeup. NOTHING on the shelves has kept my skin in this kind of shape. I love Cetaphil because it does not make me break out and I do not have to worry about getting too dry or greasy. I have used many different lotions for my face over the years, the results have been hell. Red, itchy, too greasy, breakouts...my skin looked better without lotion at that point and I would just leave it dry and flaking because I was convinced there was nothing that would help my skin. Cetaphil bar soap and the moisturizing lotion have done some really great things for my skin, and though it is more expensive then most drugstore remedies, I find the price is well worth the results its gives. And the price Amazon offers for 2 bottles is good, I usually pay around $8-$11 for one bottle, depending on where I get it. LOVE CETAPHIL! And it is dermatologist recommended too.

This is an excellent product. I have been washing my hands a lot more lately due to the virus, and that combined with the colder, dryer, weather have unfortunately resulted in very dry hands. I have tried other Cetaphil products before, and found them to be excellent. I was somewhat cautious to try this one, as I’d tried an off brand version of a similar product from Walgreens and it not only stunk horribly, but didn’t even moisturize my skin! Scented lotions and even Aquafor have also done little to help my hands. This product, however, does an amazing job. I have been using it for the past few week or so and my skin feels so soft and healthy! It doesn’t have much of a smell, which is perfectly fine with me. I would highly recommend!

Eine bessere Creme für die Haut gibt es m. E. nicht. Wurde mir vom Hautarzt empfohlen. Man muss nicht viel nehmen und trotzdem trocknet die Haut nicht aus und klebt auch nicht.

The pump of this bottle came broken, but I made a temporary fix for it. The product is original and works well with sensitive skin. The skin absorbs the cream very quickly giving a soft feel. If you are satisfied with this cream from your previous purchase, you can buy it without any worries!
