My Fifth Perixx Keyboard
I have been using orthopedic keyboards for two decades. Pros: ***It is strong and sturdy ***Typing is a joy (for those adapted to orthopedic keyboards) ***A great relief for people who suffer from RSI ***The BEST of the 5 different orthopedic keyboards I used in two decades Cons: ***The product comes directly from outside India ***As a result the cost can increase much in coming days ***It might not be repairable in India, should anything go wrong In spite of the cons I mentioned (ONLY for awareness) Perixx is the BEST board that I have used so far. HIGHLY recommended for people who suffer from RSI and who are willing to adapt to a large board of this kind.

Expensive but worth it
Good ergonomics, but arrow keys are a disaster. Also, I have washed this keyboard with RO water multiple times and it still works great.

Everything great except those navigation keys
This key board is seriously class apart except those weird 4 navigation keys, don't know what they were thinking while designing those keys..

Superb!
After three years of using it, it is the best ergonomic keyboard I have ever used. It is much better and more comfortable than Microsoft and Logitech.

Not very ergonomic in design
The keys themselves are good. But the product is not ergonomic. First, the wrist pad area is too small in area, and there is no foam on it. Second, there is no option to raise the keyboard to give a negative angle. I much prefer negative angle for comfort. Attached pictures of this Periboard keyboard (to the left), and Microsoft Natural keyboard for comparison (to the right). The Microsoft keyboard has a large, foam topped wrist pad, and gives the option of a negative angle using an attachment. Hence, I find the Periboard keyboard to be overpriced and lacking in important features.

Great build quality
The keyboard feels better quality, works exactly as expected. The performance is good. The keys feel sturdy. For the price point, it's a good product.

Great ergonomic keyboard.
Excellent product, key feedback is amezing. Ergonomic palm rest is a lifesaver for 7 hours a day coder like me. Reduced hand movements helps a lot. Price is premium as there is no cheap alternative. But worth it if you really spend a loooot of time with your keyboard.

Overall the keyboard is good BUT you need to get used to the placement of the arrow keys and Home, End, Delete etc. Because they are not located as usual and it is quite hard to use them blindly/automatically.

I've migrated to this keyboard when my Microsoft Scuplt from 2016 started having issues (had a fraying palm rest and left cursor key did not work 70% of time). This keyboard is pretty similar to Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000, and has a very close resemblance of Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite. Of course it's all subjective when it comes to keyboards, but here are my pros and cons: PROS: (1) I think this is one of the best keyboards on the market of Ergonomic keyboards, and given it's price - I think it might be the best, especially if you're looking for a Microsoft Natural Keyboard replacement. (2) The keys stiffness is just right, and have a comparable feeling to Natural Ergonomic Kbd 4000. (3) Keys don't bind, smooth and a comfortable to touch-type. (4) it has just enough multimedia keys, the assortment is rather conventional, I mean who uses WWW key in 2025? But it has volume control and mute buttons, which is great. (5) It is a full size keyboard with proper key travel and the distance between keys - there were no trade offs in keys size and location in the main cluster. (6) It is well built, and is pretty stable on the desk. CONS: (1) I miss a front raiser, I had to get familiar with the new palm position. (2) the cluster of movement and cursor keys is mangled, but if you've used Natural Keyboard Elite in 1998, I guess you'll feel "at home" (3) the Num/Caps/Scroll lock lights are awkwardly directed, so you'd have to lean over the keyboard to check which one is lit. If you're still thinking whether to buy it or not - just go for it.

マイクロソフトの同じタイプのキーボードを使っていたのですが、販売しなくなったので乗り換え キータッチの押し込む深さもちょうど良いのでタイピングが気持ちいい。

Love the product. Silent keyboard and each hit on the key pad is super comfortable as there is very low impact on the hands and fingers, compared to a normal keyboard!
