This bell is easy to install and has 4 different and distinct chimes. As I had previously had one of this bell until the door push wore out, it was easy to add my old receiver to the new set and so get 3 bells for the price of 2 - a real bonus

I chose this to replace a 9 year old battery operated wireless bell that had failed. The main attraction was the fact that it is mains operated - so no alarming battery consumption like its predecessor - and the additional portable bell unit.The bell comes with full installation and use instructions and is very simple to install. It's well worth following the instruction that recommends experimenting to find the most effective location for the bell push before fixing it with the adhesive pad. Having had some difficulty removing the previous bell push from our UPVC door frame, I was wary of putting the replacement in the wrong place.The choice of bell chimes is limited but finding an acceptable one was no problem and the chime is loud enough to be heard around the house.We have not used the battery operated portable chime yet as its main purpose is to alert us when we are in the garden (unlikely in November!). My only minor concern is that there is no on/off switch for the unit, so the only way to disable it is to remove the batteries. Overall this an effective product at a reasonable price. Recommended!

Had to send part of the kit back in order to receive a replacement. Which in this busy world proved problematic. Found the old chime worked with the kit. Waiting for a part refund🤔

This item is OK but they could have at least supplied the sticky pads to fix the button, otherwise one has to start drilling holes in the back of the bell push. The only chime I would use is the standard ding dong, which is ok. I think the others would drive you crazy.The bell push does not seem to seal very well and I would think that, depending on where it's placed, water could get in. I think it's a little over-priced for for what it is but it does the job. It's not terrible loud and I do think you need to have the portable chime as well. Interestingly I somehow got the standard plug-in and portable, whereas I thought I was ordering the set with the plub-through. I have changed this now and the set with the plug-through is in what looks like more "official" sealed packing and, hooray, has a sticky pad included!

Easy to install, good value for money

As others have reported, the range of the battery receiver is not as far as claimed but it was adequate for my requirements. The bell push has a green indicator light which comes on when it is activated. A low battery alarm would be useful on the battery receiver. There is no volume adjustment on either of the receivers but they are loud enough to be heard. A choice of bell-push colours with the main unit would be useful, I wanted black and had to buy it as an extra. Other than these niggles it is fine and does the job well.

Basic but easy to fit and works well.

Purchased for elderly parents. Easy to set up. 90 year old Dad managed to set it up with no problems. Nice loud bell. They are very happy with purchase
