Compared to the few I first tried I have found the Purima brand of Pumpkin seeds the best, not just because of the price point, but also because the quality of the seeds is high and reliably high, unlike with some other brands on Amazon where you might find things that should not be there. Having pumpkin seeds in your oats, muesli, smoothie, salads, is an excellent way of obtaining in a natural way vitamin supplementation that you would otherwise seek to obtain in pill form - recommended by my doctor who felt I needed some magnesium to have better sleep, and it has worked. And its also good for BPH (benign enlarged prostate) as initially observed empirically and, in the last 10 years, through multiple studies. I buy this product frequently but not at regular intervals. I like the flavour, colour and texture. Quality has always been good so I buy this brand every time. However, I do get fed up with food suppliers asking me to review EVERY delivery. I will ignore all future review requests as they become annoying and time wasting. If I am disappointed with the product I will let you know. Otherwise, you can assume I am happy with it if I keep ordering. Do not ask me to review it again!!!

Yes, they are a good quality but i needed hulled ones. I thought I was gonna do it myself but it was a non-starter so I had to re-order peeled ones.

Fantastic quality

This is a large bag of fresh pumpkin seeds. There was no dust or broken seeds. Very tasty. The seeds are a good size with a lovely texture. Because they are fresh they should have a high nutrient level. I sprinkle them onto my breakfast
