Magna-Calm 16 Ounces

Have tried other magnesium powders and this is the only one I like. It does not have the sickening sweet taste that other products have, just a clean lemon flavor. A cup of it is very relaxing and has a slight laxative effect, so don't drink too much! :-D

A great product. I add scoops required to my water bottle, shake, let stand, and then Re-shake just before I drink it. Usually I take this just before bed. It has brought my blood pressure down. I take it daily. Helps me sleep better, too. Calming. Mega-Calm Powder 8 oz

I used to buy the 8 oz jars, not knowing it was available in 16 oz. I hate that it's in plastic but at least I could get double the amount, save on plastic waste a little bit. I purchased this twice at $32.00 for 16 oz, now I go to purchase again and it's gone up to over $40.00. I think that's unconscionable. Apparently Amazon does not. I first submitted this review and Amazon wrote to me that it was unacceptable bc it didn't talk about the product itself. So they'll post joke reviews, even a bit vulgar reviews, but not one about a price hike? Ok Amazon, got it. This product works just fine--I'm not 100% healthy at the moment, and have a very low magnesium level. I'm taking 4x the recommended dosage {with doctor's knowledge}, and feeling very few GI effects. It tastes pleasant, no complaint there. I like the product itself. I do not like an $8.00 price rise. Whomever is responsible for it, Amazon or Longevity Science, shame on you.

Convenient late evening drink. Dissolve in water, 4-6 oz, flavor is fine, I swig it down and drink some more water if I am not in mood for aftertaste and sometimes I add 4 oz OJ for a change of flavor. Flavor is fine overall. I take about 4 times a week and 2 times I add a D3 about2-3 times a week as magnesium assists in the activation of vitamin d in the body. My VIt. D level at 57 is great says my Dr.

The best Magnesium, used it now for years. I have both Fibromylgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis and it is a super calmer and relaxer before going to bed. Strongly recommend it to people who have sleep and relaxation problems.

While this product does work in calming, I wish there were no flavor at all to it. I mixed it with some juice and it truly effervesced right out of the glass. Best to mix with small amount of water.

Relaxes my mom. In large doses it also relieves her constipation. I use it sometimes for the same purposes.
