does this roll cone shape or just staight?

You just fill up the cone, compact it, and then twist the top. You shouldnt need the roller if you have cones

Our company doesn't sell individual sleeves, but every roller has an extra sleeve.

What size papers does this fit? 1 1/2 joint papers too?

Yes, I used 1 1/2 at first, but found out that 1 1/4 works much better.
