No, not slippery when wet but slippery when dry (almost dry). This product works well in those semi automatic .22s. Need I say more folks, it's a great product and will save your gas too if you buy 1oz per quart of oil.Thanks

very good product. Could say exxellent . One of the best on the market. A little use on you finger and spread on any surface. Could use old bore with couple drops to oiled barell.
