Capsules are better than the horse pill ones.

I was having knee issues, pain behind the knee, a general tingling and tight feeling while running that led to tightness afterwards, at one point bad enough I was limping and opted to stop running. I'd tried a lot of things, rest, shoes, stretching, ice and heat, etc. but even when doing nothing on a prolonged period of rest I was struggling to get to 100%. I found this product, gave it a try. Obviously, hard to tell if it's a placebo effect or actual benefits, my knee didn't magically become perfect, but soon after I started taking Glucosamine the tightness faded while I was shut down, and I eventually allowed myself to start running intervals and rebuilding resilience in my knee. I've continued to take it since. The knee's not perfect, but it's been manageable. Ramping up further this summer, so we'll see how it does.

Not sure if it will help eventually But i take it regularly as it seems to have all ingredients i need and its vegan.

These Naturelo Glucosamine capsules are supplied in a large plastic bottle with plastic screwtop lid. The capsules are off-white in colour. They are the standard capsule shape, though on the large size. Nonetheless, I've had no problems swallowing them with some water. They have a slight lemon-y fragrance and taste, possibly from the Boswellia. This supplement includes Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM, all of which are believed to be beneficial for joint health. In addition you get VItamin C and Boswellia, an anti-inflammatory herb also said to help promote healthy joint and muscle movement. The recommended dosage is four a day, two in the morning and two in the evening, taken with food. The instructions say you can also open the capsules and add the powder to your food or drink if you prefer. The bottle contains 120 capsules, so if you take the recommended dose it should last about a month. Overall, this appears to be a good quality premium Glucosamine supplement with a range of other health-promoting ingredients as well. Nothing really to criticize, so five stars from me.
