Netter's Physiology 1st Edition

I use these cards as a study guide and a reference tool. If the book you are using doesn't explain things well, these cards will help you to understand some complicated concepts by using great graphics. By using the graphics on these cards along with my text book I could easily visualize what was being explained. The cards are much more portable than a large text book, so I was able to take the ones I needed with me to study anywhere. They are easy to refer back to now that my class is over. If I need to look a certain concept up, I can see all of the vital information easier and faster than going through all the extra information that a text book provides.

A great study aid especially for those of us who have been out of school for a while. I have been reviewing the cards, since I am told that most of the students in Dental Assisting have to repeat the anatomy & physiology classes. I am trying to get ahead so this helps get a jump on it. The color cards are great and the detail on back is very helpful because without it I would be sitting and saying, "what?" This product goes great with NEtter's Anatomy Flash Cards.

I like these flash cards very much. They provide me with sufficient information for my exams and that is essential. I can also take them with me anywhere as they are portable and very useful if one needs to quickly revise for physiology exam.

Very well made cards. However, if you are not a medical student, or someone very knowledgeable about physiology, these cards will be above your head. I am an intermediate EMT and most of these cards are contain topics that are too advanced for me.

I bought these cards as a way to supplement my textbook. Each card summarizes key physiological processes in the body, including acid-fluid balance, blood distribution, the heart cycle, cell physiology, and more. These cards will definitely help in any anatomy/physiology class. Of course, they are only flash cards, and do not substitute for going to lecture, reading the text, doing tutorials, and taking the time and diligence to learn physiology. They are a quick reference, and they are essential for any student of the human body.

I purchased these flash cards to help me study for Human Physiology- however there is not enough information on them to help, it is very minimal. Not worth the money- I returned it.

Brilliant cards, bought along with the Netter's Anatomy cards.Cannot fault them.

...are not really my way of learning the facts about physiology - or anything else for that matter. But they are probably great for those that benefit from the study method. Good luck!
