Works better than PraziPro
I have fancy goldfish which notoriously come infested with external parasites.I purchased this because every bottle of Hikari Prazipro I purchased online or in stores was ineffective. I read that it must be pink otherwise it expired, and every bottle was clear. I used them all anyways and my flukes issue never cleared. UNTIL I got this product. Powdered praziquantel is notoriously hard to dissolve in water unless you use my trick described below.I use a set of measuring spoons from Amazon that measure down to 1/64tsp to measure doses, and I use the public aquarium trick to get this dissolved into the aquarium:1) Take a clean nylon stocking, put the measured amount of praziquantel powder into the stocking (see photos)2) Put on a disposable or rubber glove to protect skin from meds, and place just the bottom of the stocking containing the powder into the water of the aquarium and gently rub the stocking between your fingers3) the powder will begin to disperse in the aquarium creating a white cloud of fine dust. Continue to rub the stocking until the powder is gone.Using this for 2 weeks removed all flukes from my fish, and I treated 1 more week (3 weeks total) to make sure all were eradicated. Highly recommended and much more economical than Hikari Prazipro.

Works great, hard to disolve but found an easy way!
Sorry... This started out as a quick review but I just wanted to share my experience.Product works great for removing parasitic worms. Externally and internally... Just as described. Now, I read a lot of reviews that said, it was extremely hard to disolve the product in pond water, tap water or warm water. The powder is very light and seems very fluffy also.So with the dissolving issue already in mind and actually seeing AuquaCura Praziquantel in person.... I had a plan!I dipped a 1 gallon bucket in my pond ( it's about 1000 gallon pond) filled the bucket about 1/3 full and added 2 tablespoons of AuquaCura Praziquantel powder, which treats up to 1000 gallons. I took my Milwaukee fuel 1/2 chuck drill/driver and put a electric hand mixer, beater in it. I could have probably used the hand mixer it's self but using my drill was easier (no cord) and it had more power.Anyway, it mixed the AuquaCura Praziquantel easily within a couple minutes. It got a little foamy at first but I kept mixing it until the foam went down and the water turned white. There was very little powder left when I added it to my pond and it worked great.Remember to do 3 treatments. One treatment every 5 to 7 days since the first treatment will only kill the adult and juvenile flukes, but not the eggs. The second treatment is needed, usually after 4 or 5 days, to kill next generation of flukes once they hatch and a third just in case any were missed.

Did the job
My eagerness got the best of me and i added a few Koi from a friend of mine into my pool pond and they all started flashing. Fins started to clamp and they weren’t looking as active. Google said it was gill/skin flukes, so i tried this Prazi out. Worked great, hard to dissolve but i used a little bit 99% Isopropyl alcohol and dissolved it in small cup then added it to a big 5 gallon bucket with pond water to mix before pouring that into the pond. Did 3 treatments with 3 days in between to make sure the flukes eggs that hatched were killed as well. They all look great and are swimming actively again. Expensive product but works great.

Not sure if it will work
I have used it 4 times in my pond already and I don't see my fish getting better. I will do one more addition and see if it works. I have also cleaned my filters much more often and that may help.

Saved my fish with scales
I bought new fish to add to my glow tetras, and other glow fish. About 2 weeks later I noticed all of my fish had redworms. I Dont recall the name of the fish I purchased, however they had no scales and eat fish food when hungry, algi the rest of the time. I researched a bit, and decided to buy this product. It warns you not to use with an aquarium if you have fish with no scales, as it will be fatal. I only had 4 of these new algi eaters, and they brought in the worms I'm sure. Plus all of my fish would die shortly, as I could tell they all were ill. I only have maybe 20 small fish in my 32 gallon aquarium now. Anyway, as stated on the instructions, it didn't work well on the fish with no scales. I treated my aquarium form 3 days with this product along with an initial does of salt. On the 3rd day, it appeared the algi eaters were having neurological problems. They were unable to swim and were flopping around the substrate like they were having seizures I'm guessing. Anyway 3 died all but one quickly, and he survived my second dose, it did save my other fish. Anyway this stuff pretty much cured my other fish in 3 days. Only one of my scaled fish died, but I believe this one was just too infected. Anyway this is good stuff, but remember when making your decision is, yup, all non-scaled fish will be toast.

Does not dissolve
I ordered this product as I had flukes. I found it very hard to use. The powder does not dissolve in water, not even warm water leaving it to clump up and rest around the edges and on the plants. My fish even tried to eat it. I ended up not using it again and orderd a liquid form.

Expiration date missing
Took off 2 stars because there is no expiration date or date of any kind on the container. If I didn't need it now I would wait until Aqua Prazi was back in stock anywhere; they clearly list it. Just hope this stuff is fresh enough.
