Do these comply to european en13432 standard? if so is en13432 printed on them anywhere in order for my council to accept them in food bin?

I have just checked a recent delivery of these bags but cannot see en13432 printed on it - the only Eco marking is the statement "Environmentally Degradable Plastics". I suggest contacting the seller.

Does the measurement include the handles please?

The bag part is 17 inch deep and the total height including handles is 21 inch. Hope this helps.
