Is an OEM Part Worth Four Times the Price?
In this case, the answer is YES.They fit perfectly. They match the adjoining trim perfectly. They work well. They are durable. They are easy to install. In the case of Toyota this is usually the case. Most of the accessories on my RAV4 are Toyota OEM when it is available from Toyota... But not always. One significant exception is the towing hitch and towing wiring harness. The hitch is a Torklift Ecohitch, which cost only about 20% less than the Toyota OEM hitch. And the towing wiring is Tekonsha which was much less expensive than OEM. The first is not available on Amazon, but I will have a review of the Tekonsha wiring harness kit (and a comparison to the Curt competing unit) up in a few days. Why do I mention those in a review of mudflaps? Because the reader needs to know I am not a shill for Toyota nor any other brand. The truth is that Toyota OEM is the best in MOST cases, including the mudflaps, but I always carefully research anything that goes on my Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid to find the exceptions. Is it worth the price difference to have the best? On MY brand new car it is. The extra $70 is nothing on a car that had a factory window sticker that was almost $45,000 (before the addendum). But my view is that it would be worth it on a car that was only $30,000. On a well worn used car that cost $5,000 then maybe a small mismatch in shape or color would not matter. Maybe not being as durable would not matter. Maybe if it did not function perfectly, it would not matter. Only you can say if "pretty good" is good enough for your car. I like to be as close to perfection as is reasonable and practical. So for me, this is worth it, even if Toyota overpriced it by $30 or $40.There are some fairly decent alternatives on Amazon that cost a lot less. Reviews are decent on some of them, but most of these products do indicate small discrepancies in fit or function. Some leave small gaps at the trim. Others hang too low and catch curbs and limbs. Some are too floppy. Some are difficult to install. However if you just like the look of mudflaps on your car, then maybe they are good enough for you. This is a matter of personal values.Price aside, the Toyota OEM mudflaps are clearly the best. You have to decide if the price difference is worth it.

Does fit the 2024 Rav4 Hybrid XLE
This fits the 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XLE perfectly. This is a genuine Toyota part. Is it worth the $70 difference from third-party products? I would say yes.Initially, I ordered a cheap third-party product, but I ended up returning it. Not only did it not fit perfectly --- especially in the rear flaps --- but the flaps were also not securely attached with the included screws, which could lead to long-term issues. After conducting some research, I decided to go with the OEM mudguards. All the screws and clips were included. I am very happy with the perfect fit and secure installation. Here are a few tips:- The OEM mudguards have a potential issue of scratching and damaging body paint under certain rare conditions. Apply a protective film or tape to safeguard the body before installing the flaps. See the picture.- You may need a right-angle adapter and a drill driver to screw in two screws on each of the rear mud flaps. Regular drivers won't work due to space constraints. Ratchet wrenches will work for the front, but they present a significant challenge for securing screws in the rear.- Ensure you use metal J-clips to reinforce the screw holes on the rear liner. Otherwise, you may encounter long-term issues such as cracking or broken parts. Watching YouTube videos can help clarify this process.

Easy install but follow instructions for best results.
OEM Toyota part with perfect fit. Did not come with instructions but it is pretty straight forward to install. I found the official Toyota install manual online and posted pics for reference. You can find videos of installation on YouTube however some people skip steps and or reuse the same pushpins and screws. All supplied screws/push pins are included so just use them and you can keep the old parts as spares. Now I suggest following the directions and using the supplied mounting equipment if you want the tightest fitment gaps. Sure you can reuse pushpins and screws and it will work but take note the supplied ones are different in diameter also don’t skip installing the spring clips as they help in getting a flush tight fitment. Pretty much foolproof but it doesn’t take much time to follow the directions to get the best results.BTW great seller, fast shipment, no complaints. Happy with the mudguards, the car stays cleaner for longer and easier to clean. Also don’t worry about the mudguards affecting your fuel economy. It was a concern of mine and I keep meticulous track of fuel consumption and have not noticed any drop in fuel economy. If it does affect fuel economy it is probably 1 MPG at most and only if you do mostly highway driving.

Better prices for OEM Toyota Parts than the dealer.
I bought these to install on our new, 2022 RAV 4 hybrid, last summer. Since they are genuine Toyota parts, the fit perfectly and were very easy to install. They do what they are designed to do. Keep mud and road slop away from the car body. After almost a year, they still look and function perfecly.

OEM Part
The media could not be loaded. Great OEM part. Can't go wrong with parts from the OEM with Toyota/Lexus box. Fit in well, make sure you have the tools to install. Easy DIY project to improve the look of your RAV4.
