Needs full sun for hours to be worth it.
These lights are perfect, but need FULL sun for at least 5/6 hours otherwise they are weak and shut off after an hour or so. If using for Christmas lights be prepared to not have them on for half the season. But they are nice and bright when actually charged by the sun. Overcast helps a little, but they are weak.

Easy to use
These are one of the best christmas lights I have used. They are easy to use, you press a button and because they are solar powered they turn on when it gets dark. Best of all they look AMAZING!!!

So far so good. Used it to decorate my sons swing set fort. A little confusing setting up and programming the blink, but now I know and they look great at night.

Great even in cold weather
I’ve bought solar lights before and because I’m in a very cold climate in the winter, they usually don’t last. These stayed lighting up all winter. The only things is they don’t last al night because it’s so cold and we don’t get very much sun in the winter in the particular spot my house is in but it did much better than any others we’ve bought. We’ve only used them 1 season but I will try to update if there are any changes after letting them sit for a year. I would buy from them again.

Awesome with one little flaw
These little light kits rock! The solar panel is very sensitive and catches light almost anywhere. Mine stay on for hours into the night and are super bright. I was so happy I bought two more. Those two had issues and seemed defective. I opened the panel case and found the batteries did not have the greatest contact. I fixed this by rolling the battery back and forth to find the best connection spot then taped the battery down with a little electrical tape. No big deal for something so great and inexpensive. Still worth every penny.

Cool
They’re not the brightest but they do a good job I like them. They hold up strong during stormy weather and heavy rain. When it’s really cold outside below 47° they won’t go on.
