Great innovation!
I’ve had trouble getting the perfect milk texture in the cheap steaming pitcher I was using before and thought I’d give this a shot. The pitcher seems to “swirl” the milk perfectly on its own without me changing up my methods at all. It just gets that perfect whirlpool without trying. The unified and gradual spout is also a great addition that makes pouring the milk effortless and like a single step process. Although, making latte art takes a lot of getting used to if you haven’t used this pitcher before. Once you mail it, the sharp spout is very precise and allows for great detail. One complaint is that I have larger hands and sometimes have trouble holding the handle without my knuckles hitting the cup and burning. I think they could use a more traditional handle here and also thicken the handle to make it easier to grip. I’ve noticed it’s a bit sharp and slippery.Overall, very well thought out design and engineering. But please, make larger sizes!! I like my big cups!

Not comfortable or particularly nice to use ergonomically, but it works well
It's an interesting product: it works well for the purpose of heating milk, making good-quality microfoam, and latte art, but it's not a particularly "nice" product to use. So, yes, it's functional and a good purchase!! It's shortcomings are on the materials and design side; it just feels a bit underwhelming in the hand, even a bit cheap: thin-walled stainless steel, uncomfortable edges (handle and lip). From an ergonomic and product-quality perspective, my favorite pitchers are the Cafelat ones, but I think the slightly-larger size of the Fellow pitcher (12 ounces instead of 10), plus the interior volume markings are strong additions over the Cafelat. The Fellow works great, so buy it; just don't expect to be amazed by the feel in your hands.

Great pitcher, don’t expect it to do the work though!
I got this thinking I had a problem with my pitcher spout for pouring latte art. This was not the case. You really need to make sure you get a good whirlpool with whatever you have now before picking this up because it won’t improve your milk texture or pouring technique by itself! It’s comfortable and looks nice, but if your issue is that you don’t get enough foam to sit on top, or it’s too blobby, then this will do nothing to improve your lattes. It will however help you if you already have silky milk and can pour simple shapes like hearts and tulips, but want better definition for ripples and the like. This if you’re already advanced, but I didn’t need it for the stage in latte making that I was at.

Large and Uncomfortable
Here are a couple of design reasons that I would not recommend getting this over other similar sized pitchers:1. As others have pointed out, the handle is really uncomfortable for a normal grip. This is especially disappointing because I was expecting the innovative open bottom design to be a step up from other pitchers.2. The overall size is a bit larger than necessary. This isn’t a problem if you’re steaming a regular 6oz latte but anything less and you really have to work harder to get your steam wand at the right depth without compromising texture.Overall, this fails the two most important areas for good pitchers, although it’s probably one of the best looking pitchers out there. Would not recommend.

Great product so far. My first pour with this product immediately showed improvement!
I used to use the milk pitcher that came with my Breville machine. While it got the job done, I wanted something more ergonomic and professional—and this is definitely it. When pouring latte art, the lines come out much more crisp, thin and defined. It's lovely! If you're wanting to do professional latte art, this product is perfect. If you're just looking for a pitcher to steam/froth milk in though, you can definitely find some cheaper options but at a cost of being not as ergonomic and not as good of latte art.

Very good pitcher
I have big hands, most of the pitchers this size mean I have to twist my fingers to hold the handle. This pitcher has an open ended handle so I can hold it without getting cramps in my hand. I really like the engraved markings and the sharpness of the spout gives a good pour for Latte Art.My only wish is that they made a slightly bigger one, the largest latte we do in my coffee shop is 20oz and a pitcher for that would be great.

great handle
a nice pot but it doesn't pour very well, for me at least. i like the open handle. might end up going back to my old one tho.

Muy buen producto
Estéticamente es muy bonita, sirve para cremar leche, tiene casi el mismo tamaño que la taza de breville, no la pondría directamente en la estufa, tampoco la metería al lavavajillas
