La Vieja Fabrica Jams, Peach Delight, 12.25 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I like to order products from overseas. Spain produces delicious Peach jam. The first ingredient is Peaches. Imagine that? No high fructose corn syrup. They smell and taste of fresh peaches.There are Peach orchards 10 miles from me but I'm no longer able to make my own Jams. I happened to see these in the Warehouse and I'm SO glad I ordered them.Great company.

Was expecting something better than what I was buying at both Whole Foods and Trader Joe, but this product was a disappointmentin relation to the products sold at both of those stores. It had not even half as much of the rind which is always so enjoyable to chewand in that regard it was such a disappointment; just a lot of jelly-like substance. I gave it away, all the jars I received, to several women who were happy to receive it because they had not ever tried any of this kind of product before and therefore didn't knowhow good it could be. I love taste and texture of the Peach Delight. It's a staple in our house. I usually keep a couple extra on hand to give away (e.g. hostess gift). It's come in handy when I've needed to make a last-minute glaze for pork or chicken. The price is very reasonable with a subscription.

Preserves like this make me think of my mother's yearly stock of strawberry jam. So good, not so sweet as most commercial products, you taste the fruit, not just sugar. My only complaint is the size of the jar. It seems a bit pricey for the amount. I can't complain about the quality though. I use it in plain or vanilla yogurt, on scones, warm buttered toast, etc. If you enjoy the traditional taste of home made jam, without the abundance of added sugar, I think you will like this, it is truly a delight.

The product here is a 6-pack of glass jars containing marmalade. Each jar is enough for 2-3 loaves of bread. I find the marmalade to have a good balance of sugar and acid, and it has a definite orange taste. The composition seems to vary seasonally. This marmalade seems to contain about one piece of rind per teaspoon of marmalade, and it's thin enough that you start to think about using a teaspoon instead of a knife to move it from the jar to a piece of bread; I would personally prefer a little more rind and a little thicker but these are minor gripes. Overall this is a fine marmalade and a good choice for eating every day.

I love marmalade. I buy all the imported ones I can find as they are more bitter and not as cloyingly sweet as those in the USA. Thus far, my favorites have come from Ireland and the good old stand by is, of course, Keillers. But now that I've tried this, I'm sure it is far superior to any I've ever tasted. A perfect blend of bitter and sweet with a great texture.

WOW! This stuff is out of this world- incredible flavor - it makes a piece of bread a gourmet delight and a small dollop on a dish of low-fat Greek yogurt transforms it into a wonderful desert. The only thing better than one jar of this Raspberry Jam is two jars-- it is really delicious and worth twice the price, There is no cloying sweet taste but a very complex raspberry taste. I have had lots of "gourmet"and European jams but this is the best!

Without doubt this is the best tasting jam I have ever tasted that is the organe mamalade flavor. It has a great balance of taste and sweetness that I just haven't found in other jams. Imported from Spain, the product must have a great source of oranges which truly delivers on the taste. I haven't tried the other flavors yet but after tasting this jam they will also get purchased as well.
