**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars — BEEF CAKE POWER, SOUTH PARK STYLE!**
To quote the legendary Eric Cartman: *“BEEF CAKE… BEEEEF CAKE!”* — and damn right, this REDCON1 MRE Lite Vanilla Milkshake protein powder delivers that punch. It’s not just your run-of-the-mill post-workout shake; nah, this is the *whole* meal replacement MVP, ready to fuel your day whether you’re smashing reps or just surviving a hectic one.Low carb, whey-free, packed with animal protein blends, and boosted with MCT oils for that extra brain and body kick? Sign me up. It goes down smooth, no weird chalky nonsense, and digests like a dream — which means no bloating or belly drama trying to wreck your vibe. But heads up, Cartman: it *does* work best when you actually throw in a workout here and there. Sorry, no magic “eat this and stay lazy” trick — unless you want the protein to just sit on your couch with you. So go crush some weights, slam this shake, and channel your inner beefcake beast. Trust me, your muscles — and your taste buds — will thank you.

Best Vanilla Protein
I absolutely love Redcon protein. I think it's the best quality. The vanilla milkshake smells and tastes just like vanilla cake. I don't think Redcons protein is chalky compared to others. I put it in shakes and yogurt and it mixes in so well I don't realize theres powder in it. I put it in my coffee every morning (I make a cold brew shake) and it's the highlight of my morning. So tasty and blends perfectly. I also think it's priced competitively compared to the other big protein brands.

One of the best protein powders I've tried.
First time purchased. Great taste and great macros. Mixes easily with water and no problems noticed yet. I may get a second order early just to use for cooking. As someone who goes years without switching proteins, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Not bad with milk, terrible with water
Bought the Strawberry Shortcake flavor. Normally I’m a chocolate person but decided to mix it up a bit this time. With water it was absolutely putrid, as in one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted, but with milk (I used Fairlife 2%) it’s not bad.Probably still not the best tasting protein shake I’ve ever tried, still a bit overly sweet. My skin doesn’t like whey though and this is probably the best non-whey protein shake I’ve tried.Likely will buy again but probably in a different flavor

Great product
The best value in protein powders. You won't find a better tasting product with decent macros for this cost per ounce. I use it in oatmeal to add flavor and improve macros. It also blends well in shaker cups with wire whisk balls. I wouldn't recommend stirring it with a spoon in a cup. It is thicker than some other protein powders when properly mixed.

Wish They Would Make a Completely Dairy Free Version
I love the product but unfortunately I think I need to move on. It tastes great, it mixes well, comes in a variety of tasty flavors and as a bodybuilder trying to meet my protein needs, I originally switched to MRE Lite because I have dairy sensitivity (not Lactose Intolerance...Lactaid pills, etc. don't help me) and Whey and Casein were killing me (gas and bloating and swings between constipation and diarrhea was a daily thing for me). I found this and a few other products to try but this one was the winner for taste and mixability. Initially I saw a big difference in gut symptoms improving. Fast forward a few year now and I've gone through more than 50+ tubs of various flavors and my symptoms had returned in more frequency again and I stated to reanalyze my diet and getting frustrated with daily bloat and gas. It dawned on my to reexamine all my protein bottles and sure enough, milk powder is added and I had been crushing all the seasonal Junior Cheesecake flavors the past few weeks. I don't have my sensitivity down to a science yet and it seems that I can handle some flavors better than others but it's a gamble for me and your mileage may vary. Pea protein isolate seems to be what my body can handle best and there's indications on increased bioavailability anyways but Ugh, I'm bummed out. Not feeling like a bloated balloon belly every day is way too nice though so it's time to move on. I'll miss being in the trenches with you comrade!
