This belt can help you keep good posture during a work-out and it certainly makes you sweat. It is relatively easy to wash (I do so after each and every use), using soap and (lots of) water, and it keeps its shape well. The only niggle I would like to mention is that if you have sensitive skin you can get scratched by the edges.
