Q: Where can I buy flat free tires that fit this, the ones that came on it didnt last a year. I had it in an area out of the sun the whole time.

Any tire store will have replacements that are better quality less than $20 each. Don't know about flat free.

Q: i bought this for my dad so i dont have it handy could i trouble someone to tell me the size of these tires please .....thanks rg

It says 4.00 - 6 on the tires. All three are the same size.

Q: What is the weight limit of this wheelbarrow?

I was filling mine with rocks and pushing it across very rough ground to go dump it. I did manage to knock the rear axle out while dumping it out. I put in much heavier u-bolts and did a little reinforcing to stop this. I have no idea how heavy that was but i am 6'4" and 250 lbs. It was alot to handle for me. If your wanting to move alot of weight, then this wheelbarrow is the one you want. Its the easiest to handle loaded that you will find.

Q: Many reviews suggest this is a great design that comes with cheap hardware. Does anyone have a list of suggested replacement parts to make it better?

The U-bolts that secure the rear axle are too small and in my case came pre stripped. Next size up here and you will be OK. The rear axle perch its self is thin and should be manufactured with heavier material. Not an east fix for most. Re enforcement is a better option. The plastic wedges between the tub and frame are questionable! Thin and breaky. The cairage bolts that secure the tub to the frame are small but may make it. The tub is punched for the next larger size already. Once you use one of these you will never go back.
