Arrived with cartons cracked, leaking out and curdled. Clicked on "replace or refund" but got response that this item isn't eligible. Total waste of money.Edited to add that the seller must have seen this review. They contacted me and offered a full refund. I updated my review to 5 stars based on good customer service. Cannot attest to the flavor or quality of the actual product. I have tried their vanilla flavor and it was okay, but I just have a preference for unsweetened coffee.

I have been purchasing this since August 2022, this last batch was horrible. It was thick and clumpy. No amount of shaking or stiring could get this creamer to blend. I was seriously hoping it was only one carton. It's all 3 of them! How can that be, if the product doesn't contain milk? I'm not sure I will purchase anymore.

I have used this creamer for years but just began ordering through Amazon. Being able to store the product on a shelf until opened is a true convenience -- one carton in the refigerator with one or two in reserve is perfect; I prefer it to having to dash to my local Sprouts and hope it will be in stock each time I run out. Although some mentioned expiration date issues, I haven't had that problem.The unflavored is mild and lets the taste of your coffee shine through. If you would prefer to avoid powdered creamers and don't want a flavored sweetened one, this liquid creamer may be for you. On a rare day, I may want something a bit richer and will add a touch of real cream to my cup. Since cream has fewer carbs than half-and-half, that doesn't change the keto balance in a significant way.And, if there is a problem with freshness along the way, I would expect to return the product in the usual way by going to my "Orders" page, clicking on "Return or replace items," answering the one or two questions, and then returning the item(s).

I had ordered this creamer for over a year getting six creamers delivered at once and they stayed just fine in my fridge and were delivered labeled perishable. This January it was just left on my front step not labeled perishable and creamers were curdled inside. I tried to return the product, but Amazon would not allow it. I stupidly re-ordered it because I couldn’t find it in my local grocery stores and figured it was a fluke since I had ordered it for so long with no problem. Same thing again—all curdled. It’s too bad because it’s a really good product. I won’t order it through Amazon again.Their return policies are just simply unfair. A good business with standby the products it delivers.

I've been looking for a coffee creamer that tastes neutral, uses ingredients that don't scare me and doesn't have useless carbs. This serves well towards what I've been looking for. It's appearance and thickness can be compared to half-and-half, though a bit darker (think the color of unflavored protein powder). I use it in coffee as well as mushroom powder/cocoa beverages. It works well in baking, too-doesn't affect taste or texture. I definitely like that a serving size is three tablespoons-it's realistic and will lighten 12 ounces of whatever I'm drinking. That this is unsweetened is significant and the reason I tried it. Order was received on the 19th of September. The expiration date on all three bottles? Next February. The MCT content doesn't render "cleansing effects". You likely have MCT oil on hand already if you want more of it. I'm curious as to the caprylic and capric acid types of the MCT, even though there's not that much. Oddly, SC's bottled coffees burn in my tummy a little; this creamer thankfully doesn't. As others have stated, I don't know if I can use a whole carton up by myself before it goes bad. Make sure it's tightly capped before gently tipping upside-down and back to use (it leaks pretty easily). Using this is far easier for me than to put hot coffee in a small portable blender and add MCT and a teaspoon of protein powder as it whirls. The protein powder will curdle in the coffee if I don't do it just right. I know I'm not coming across as bursting with excitement, but this perfectly suits my needs. Worth trying-the unflavored, that is.1/2022 update: I got my mom on board so I can share with her because it’ll otherwise clump up in the carton and curdle in a hot beverage by otherwise not using it up soon enough. A three-carton beverage lasts one month for both of us. We’ve acclimated to the taste and texture mentioned above. We both like it and keep it as a staple. Just be sure to use it up as recommended on the carton.

My wife makes fun of me trying all the different creamers. I sorta have to agree. This one is it. I promise. After 49 different try's I'm done. I'm settling. Really. On a serious note. Very creamy. Good calorie profile. MCT is a plus. It tastes good and makes the coffee yummy creamy and white. Its dairy, but by my estimation, its better dairy than dairy.A lot like heavy cream with 1/3 the calories per tbsp. I'm reordering. More than I can say for most of my ventures into non half-n-half and heavy cream.

I love this creamer, my store stopped carrying it so I placed an order w/amazon on 5/20. Rec'd on 5/21 in am. When I rec'd the creamer it was not cold/nor cool. I immediately took the creamer to the fridge. Left out of town and when I came back on the following Wed. I opened a bottle. The very next day the creamer was leaving clots in my coffee that did not disolve. The following day the creamer was so thick that I poured it out. If Amazon cannot deliver products that need to stay cold, I will not be reordering.

Last two orders (I was hoping this problem had been fixed) arrived with all three cartons damaged. Product in all cartons was clumpy, clotted, spoiled and unusable. Would not blend at all into coffee or tea. Product was checked immediately upon reception. Product is not eligible for return or refund. Feels like a complete waste of money. Could not reccomend.
