Ok. Seems to work well. Seems as good as oe, and essentially locks great. This I used for VW t5 2004. That my original lock was playing up for years not locking and not unlocking. But this time it locked and wodnt UN dead lock so codnt get door open. So HAD to replace. This works well but one issue I have found is. When you press lock once it locks. ,👍 Press again to unlock dead locks and it unlocks just the passenger door and leaves alarm on 👎 press lock again and passenger door locks again 👍 so don't know why this should do that. But. Essentially secures van so that's all that's needed.

A perfect fit and replacement for the failed lock in my VW Transporter T5. All the plugs and mountings were in the same place and lined up perfectly. Worked first time without fuss. Worth mentioning that the hardest part of this task is getting the door cards off. Order up some new clips in advance (6 a side for a T5) as some/all WILL break! Also, you'll probably find your speakers are shot and need doing so best to do it all at once. See my reviews for good value replacement speakers and adapters!

Fitted this lock to the left hand door of my right hand drive VW Golf V (2004) despite the part number not matching (it matched the part number for the left hand drive) the locks looked identical so I fitted it anyways and it worked fine. The quality of the lock is a little worse than the OE one (less force required to release the door, the audible clunk when the door locks is also louder and when the door does release it doesn't feel as tactile as the OE one) however considering VW list the lock at just shy of £160 I think it was well worth a shot and it has been working fine one warm days and cold winter mornings for the last month with no issues. However VCDS detects two fault codes with this lock fitted when cleared they come right back but for the money I saved I'm not too bothered.

Orginally slated the item however withtract my previous review as after reviewing the install it was a cable issue. So over all happy with the product and is a nice result.

At first it fitted on ok etc after a year later when Im driving along it opens my passenger door slightly now which it’s not safe at all! Please don’t buy these cheap locks get a proper one.

Perfect replacement for an 06 VW Transporter passenger door. The original was unreliable and getting progressively worse. Some reviews mentioned it was an easy job, I would say it was a challenge but doable with a decent tool kit and lots of YouTube watching. As a bonus, the van alarm/mobiliser has started working again.

Fitted brilliant. Only time will tell how long this lock works. But it appears to be well built

It works fine but it doesn't operate the indicators to let you know the car is locked. It operates them when you open the car .

Il ricambio è pressoché uguale all'originale. L'ho installato senza alcuna difficoltà. Unica cosa da segnalare che ho leggermente regolato il fermo dove si aggancia la serratura perché toccava un po'. Per il resto nulla da segnalare e speriamo che duri nel tempo.

En tout cas je mets un 10/10 à celui qui a vendu cette Gache 👏🏻 Tout fonctionne correctement maintenant, aucun souci aucun problème avec La gache acheter 👌🏻 Bravo 🙏🏻

Ero scettica sull'acquisto, ma devo dire che sono stata fortunata xché ho azzeccato la serratura identica all'originale. Il suono di apertura/chiusura dell'auto è simile ma non uguale a quello di prima ma non importa. È installata già da 3 mesi e per ora sembra funzioni a meraviglia. Consiglio l'acquisto.

Parfaitement compatible sur Golf IV de 1998. Tout refonctionne : lumière de bas de porte, bipper d'oubli de phares, lumière intérieure à l'ouverture de porte. Qualité générale à priori très correcte. A voir comment cela se comporte dans le temps.
