Wonderful for use as well as beautiful imagery

I’m a big murakami fan and wanted to love this. But the pages and layout make it hard to use as a planner/calendar.

I saw this and figured it would help incentivise me to actually use my diary to organise my work alongside . Pretty hard to convince myself it's anything other than another chore but this makes it an active pleasure. Filled with quotes, pictures and little snippets about Murakami and Japanese culture more broadly, couldn't recommend it high enough

I LOVE this diary, with its beautiful tactile cover to the artistic images and messages inside. The pages are made of lovely thick paper with space to add notes or doodle on the pictures like an art journal. It contains Japanese national holidays which is helpful for us as we have family there. My only criticism is that it doesn't display the days (names) on the weekly view. Obviously the dates are there in order but with a quick look, you can't tell which day of the week a certain date is. Would have been good to use initials or kanji but apart from that I love it!

Love the illustrations and layout! Perfect for any Murakami fan.
