Slow temp reader
Product works as advertised, display is easy to see, over all does a better job than none digital temp reading tools. My only dislike is how long it takes for the thermometer to read the current temperature. It takes almost as long as my non digital temp probe but this one is MUCH EASIER TO READ. I would not purchase another one. I will make my next purchase a digital wireless wifi thermometer.

It will instantly give you A number- but it is not THE number. It takes a while to reach the accurate temperature. It takes less time for accuracy if you push the power button while it is already in the food.
