Q: Can these filled bottles be put in 180 degree water to kill the yeast?

Have never done that. Cleaned right after use, and then with bottle sanitizer solution prior to bottling. Never had a problem, that I am aware of.

Q: How much the total weight of this load

I don't know specifically, but, the plastic bottles are exceptionally light, and since there are 12 of them, I would guess the entire weight (including the packaging) couldn't weigh much more than 1 lb.

Q: Why doesn't Amazon sell the replacement caps??? You can't find them anywhere.
