Wow, Round Barn Apothecary is my new fav product on Amazon!
I recently tried Round Barn Apothecary’s Brightening Serum. I was so impressed with it I decided to try this Firming Serum too. I love both products so much. They are like magical skin food. The ingredients are simple, natural, fresh, and effective. This is so soothing on my skin and it really does provides some tightening. It is wonderfully white and creamy in texture. It absorbs really well and is not greasy at all. I think it is good for all skin types event oily skin. I have dry skin and it feels very moisturizing. I use it alone, but sometimes I also add a spray of rose hydrosol. It is so gentle I even use it around my eyes.It has a fresh, earthy, natural scent, but many people will find it unscented. I have a pretty sensitive nose and it has a slight scent that is very pleasant.A little bit goes along way. I love the simple glass dropper container. I think it is well priced for how effective and fresh it is along with the high-class natural ingredients. Nothing synthetic here and so healthy for the skin. Love, love, love it!!!

Definitely Not For Oily Skin
The first thing I noticed about this product was the scent. It's a strong, earthy scent, much like I would expect from a pile of pulled-up weeds that had been sitting around for a few days. The scent lingered to the point that I've had to use scented moisturizer to cover up the smell. For me, the texture was a bit odd considering it's dispensed through a dropper. I'm guessing that's so you get the right amount and so that you don't end up using too much. For me, though, because it's a bit thick, I felt like a bottle where I could squirt the product out would make more sense. One good thing is that a little bit of this product does go a long way. When you squirt the product out of the dropper, you might think that it wouldn't be enough to cover your whole face. Fortunately, it is. That means that even though there is only one ounce of product in the container, it will likely last for a while.I have dry skin. While it's not too bad during the summer, I do use moisturizers specifically for dry skin most of the winter. Yet, this felt a little greasy on my face. It was like it didn't quite seep into my skin. Even a few hours later, my face felt slightly greasy. I tried it without using a moisturizer after putting it on, and it still felt greasier than expected. I think that come winter, when my skin is really dry, this might work without feeling too greasy, but I would definitely not suggest this for anyone with oily skin. While some people may love the smell, that combined with the greasy feeling and a price tag of $62 for an ounce, makes this a product that I would not get again or suggest to someone else.

Milky Moist
If you prefer a facial serum that is a really milky and moist serum, this is for you. It's a creamy serum that is delivered via a dropper. Feels wonderful on the skin and soaks in very easily. Rich in all sorts of very good ingredients for the skin. Absorbs well and immediately goes to work conditioning the skin. Will add more moisture to the face than most other facial serums, but won't leave it feeling oily. You will have a small period where your skin feels a little damp before it fully sets in. This is not sticky or tacky at all.Besides moisturizing the skin, it also helps to diminish fine lines and makes the skin more supple and elastic. Brightens the face a bit and will give you a healthy glow. Very good for the skin.Best for those with normal to dry skin. I would especially recommend this to those with drier skin. Most likely also good for those with sensitive skin.

Hydrating. Great for very dry skin. No firming yet though.
Round Barn Apothecary Firming Serum is thick and almost too rich to be in a dropper bottle. It is concentrated and a very little goes a long way even on my very dry skin. The scent is earthy, almost like wet grass or leaves. It's not unpleasant, just different. My skin is very dry and getting dryer and the cool weather rolls in. This serum adds moisture to my skin but it also leaves it feeling a bit tacky and a little greasy for a while. I don't mind if I am using it at night. I use this, wait a bit, then use my usual face cream. I end up with dewy skin in the morning. However, as far as firmness goes, I have not noticed any change in how firm my face is. I am in my 50's and am always looking for products that help me defy gravity (and never find any). This serum is definitely not for oily or even normal skin types but dry skin will drink it up. As far as firming, your results may be better than mine. I am going to keep using it to see if it has a cumulative effect on my skin.

Lifesaver Serum! It excels great in all categories!!
I have always been cautious about picking my skincare because I have really uneven skin and have horrible acne. Though my acne and my skin tone has gotten worse, it looks terrifying, so therefore I went in a journey on Amazon to look for some skincare products. And after I found this Round Barn Serum, my skin has never been the same! I have fell head over heels for this Skin firming serum! It practically perfect! My skin feels great and clean! My inflammation calmed down and my swollen/red cystic acne gotten so much better as well! My skin tone looks more evened out and more brighter! I think this is because of how well calms my skin. I am definitely awaiting more changes since how it excelled in many areas in my skin! My confidence has gotten a humongous boost! Overall I am satisfied and amazed! This is your sign to buy this “serum”, though I personally feel like it’s more than a serum! It’s a lifesaver!

Works best if used as a serum, followed by a moisturizer. Minimal scent. For men/women.
This is a clear glass bottle with medicine dropper cap, holding one ounce of white lightweight cream. Thicker than a typical serum, thinner than a moisturizing cream, the product is very quickly absorbed. It has almost no scent, no residual shine or appearance, and leaves skin smooth and moisturized without being sticky, greasy, or oily. We noticed no negative responses, like redness or irritation, after repeated use. The primary aloe vera ingredient works very well for dry or sun-damaged skin. It's a little costly, but small amounts cover a large surface area. The product label indicates it should be followed with a moisturizer, and the product provides a nice base for that if you wait a minute or so after application.
