Zacro Tape Measure Body Fat Caliper

Both items have a bit of a cheap feel to them, but at the end you get what you pay for and it doesn't affect the usability of the product at all.The calipers work just fine and the measuring tape is a great bit of kit, as the ratchet system means it's easy to take measurements by yourself.Definitely recommended and way cheaper and far more accurate than the rubbish body fat scales I spent 10x as much money on!!!

It's cheap plastic but it's ok. The tape has lasted well and hasn't stopped springing back yet, and the calipers are just ok. Not accurate like the expensive ones would be but ok to get an idea with.

Cheap and does the trick. The plastic is a bit flimsy compared to other callipers but for the price, can't complain.

If you've been in the game long enough you'll know that the accuracy of caliper bodyfat percentages are notoriously suspect. Similarly there are all kinds of errors you can make with measuring tape devices.Similarly you'll know that long-term progress is about making adjustments over time using consistent things you can measure, and getting both these gadgets for this price is a steal and both are fantastic for that. The tape measure is definitely worth the £5 and I consider the callipers to be a useful freebie.Slightly disappointed that there is a little booklet for determining an estimate of bodyfat % and nothing about proper methods of using the tape device for consistent results, which would be a far more useful inclusion if you ask me. Still nothing to deduct a star for though.EDIT: Bought early April 17, plastic stopper bit at the end of the tape broke off early August 17 so 4 months of constant use isn't bad for the outlay. Still going to spend a bit more on the next one though as I still view it as an essential gadget for tracking progress

Fat calliper works perfectly no complaints. However the tape only has numbers on one side. Not a big problem, however the numbers start at 2.5 inches. Not 0.. not how it should be. Thous making my clients feel bigger than they are!

Exactly as advertised. I’ve used it in corelation with an electronic scale and the fat percentage is of similar values between the caliper and the scale.The tape is quite handy to measure arms, legs circumference etc.The instructions are quite clear, easy to use

Terrible - I knew these would be cheap plastic due to the price but that's not my issue!When you squeeze the calliper together, there is nothing that stays on the number, you have to actually look and memorise what number it is on - which is extremely hard if your are looking to know the exact reading!I am returning these as they are useless - spending much more for proper calipers!

excellent product, cheap and does the job! I have previously used scales to monitor fat percentage but this is always inaccurate so will definitely keep with these calipers
