Comfortable and breathable
Great shoes overall! I work outdoors and constantly find myself wading through water and streams. The best part about these shoes is they are breathable, comfortable, and lightweight.Once my shift is over, I place the shoes in my truck and they are always dry in the morning. I always make sure to let loose the laces and pull the tongue out as far as I can to help with drying. So far I have no complaints. I’ll update if any problems occur.

Great all around summer (water) shoe!
I originally got these as a water shoe for a beach vacation that could also be used as all around shoes with no show socks. I originally had the Maipo 1, but these are much better, lighter and more versatile than I expected. Very light weight and lots of mesh on the uppers that seriously keep my feet cool even on the hottest days compared to any of my other Merrells - even better than the original Maipo. They have decent support and good laces and I've been wearing them pretty much as my daily drivers since I got home. They are not hiking shoes by any means, but I did some hiking in them and they work for light trails. They are about as perfect as an all around hot weather summer water shoe can be - I'm surprised that I wear them as much as I do.

Comfy shoes, appear to be well made
I'm rough on shoes. I tend to gravitate towards boots, to wear at work, because they tend to last much longer. That being said, I still like to wear shoes at home, for comfort. These Merrell shoes appears to be well made, and are my first experience with the brand. They're comfy, they fit well; I hope they hold up.

Great for wet hiking
I purchased these for a trip to Costa Rica where I knew I would be in wet areas; but also need to do some mild hiking. These shoes were exactly what I wanted and were great! I wore them in dirt, mud, and water while walking through the cloud forest. I wore them barefoot, without socks for hours on several occasions and they were comfortable. Super comfortable, and highly versatile while not looking too serious.

My husband loves these!
I gave a pair of these Merrills to my husband. Right out of the box he loved them. True to size.He got a new pair because his 1st pair where lost during a fishing weekend.Again, the Merrills were a perfect fit right out of the box. The 1st pair were found so now hubby has 2 pairs.

Great Fit, Good Grip!
Got these for my husband and he says the fit is great. The sole is thinner than on a running shoe, the result is that you have more "feel" for the ground- helps with traction. These have plenty of grip no matter what kind of surface you are on. When I tell him to 'get a grip' he puts these on!

Nice looking versatile shoe
Everything I hoped they would be; hybrid trail shoe and hybrid water shoe. Light but durable and dries quickly. They are very nice looking and I get positive comments. Have used them running around 5 miles a day at camp, bike riding and kayaking in the first week. It handle all activities very well. They are great with or without socks. A must have in your shoe wardrobe.
