I bought these because I had noticed I was being more ill than usual, and I didn't want to make everyone around me miserable. I just wanted to calm down, mellow out - without going to the doctor and getting put on nerve pills. I'm female and almost 37 years old.... I figure hormones are the culprit. But it could have been the idiot husband, because even with these, I found myself unable to allow his behavior without calling him on stupidity.That being said - we are now separated. But this stuff...... this stuff WORKS. I keep it at work in my little mini fridge, and I take one every morning when I take my vitamins and my prescription medicine. How do I know it works? Because, like I said - I keep it at work. The first weekend after all of this happened, I COULD NOT STOP CRYING. I was a mess. I sobbed all weekend long. Then Monday I went to work and took my daily regimen of pills, including these.... And I realized, halfway through the day, that I had not cried. No tears. Nothing had changed as far as my relationship - the ONLY thing that changed was whether I took this pill or not.My only complaint is the large size of these, and it does have a distinct smell. However, the benefit of taking it overrides that.As other reviews have mentioned, this does change the color of your urine - so do not be alarmed.I only take one in the morning, most days, and it helps me get through the day.
