Perfectly fit my 2004 BMW 525i E60.It has been more than one year and not even a single drop of leak.

So far so good the only thing that I didn't like was that the grommets were different than the originals. Use a little high temp silicone to help seal good. Overall a good product.

Fits but had to manipulate the main gasket into the valve cover grooves and applied RTV sealant to the two front and back humps. So far no leaks
