Stride RiteBaby and Toddler Boys Saul Boot

Ordered a half size up per the recommendation of Stride Rite and we didn't have an issue with size or ability to put these shoes on. I bought these on Amazon instead of from the manufacture directly because they were about $15 cheaper here.What I don't love about them is that the stitching on the top seam is unraveling, as others have mentioned too. This happened within only about a week of wear. I expect better quality from this brand.I also don't love that they are marketed as "mud" boots, yet my sons feet get wet in them when walking on any type of wet/soft ground. If they were made of "premium leather" as the description states, feet would be dry.What I DO like about them is that the sole is flexible and they have a nice sturdy tread. My son uses these when we walk in the woods and he can easily climb rocks and over roots. They also look real nice with any outfit even dressed up.Overall I'm undecided if I would purchase these again. I'm disappointed that they look like they are falling apart and that they aren't that great in wet conditions. I purchased these with the intent to be used for hiking and when playing outdoors when the ground is soft and I don't think they are meant for that purpose. If I were to purchase these again, their intent would be sneakers or dress shoes.

These shoes looked great online. They are well built but I could not put these on my 2 year old. He still wears size 6 and I bought the size 6.5 for the near future. The shoe had a velcro strap and elastic laces (non removable) on the upper. The clasp goes into a slit on the other end and has a thicker end so it doesn’t come out of the slit. This limits how much you can open it up. The elastic laces are very tight and are not adjustable easily. As a result you can open the shoe up to slip it on easily. My son’s foot only went halfway in because the toe area was just too thin. Also there is no tab to pull on at the end. The product is not designed with a toddler’s foot in mind. Probably ok for older kids. The design was really nice and my son liked it. We had to return this and he was sad to see it go.

These shoes are really nice. They fit perfectly my sons 7 and hes a size 2. Their made very well. Seems like they would hold up for a while on a boys foot who is constantly outside doing things and going through shoes. He loves them too! He really likes that hr can just slip them on and go because hes always 'on to go.'

The shoe has two major problems. The first, they are cut small around the heel. It was a real struggle to get them on. Second, they are cheap. My son wore them twice and the stitching around the toes starting fraying.

Had to return these adorable shoes because I couldn’t get them on my sons feet! He wears a 6 in stride right and I ordered a 6.5W so he’d be able to grow into them. They must be off by an entire 1-1.5 sizes. Soooo disappointing. They did look adorable and seemed to be excellent quality.

These shoes are well made. High quality materials and construction - and machine washable! I ordered a size 2 and they are labeled as such. Unfortunately, they are sized the same as the OshKosh and Carter's size 1 shoes that my son is currently wearing. I took them out of the box and noticed that they didn't look any bigger than what is on his feet today, so I laid them out sole to sole to compare. Identical length and width right out of the box. I'd still recommend the purchase if you size up.

These are the hardest shoes to get on a toddler!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Bought a size 5 (the first time) but they were so hard to get on my sons foot i thought I was gonna break his ankle (of course I couldn't get even get them in) so I bought a size bigger but a wide as well but they still were hard to get on his foot.
