Not sure what you mean by corner... if you are mounting your screen in the corner as long as it's on the ceiling and you have room they should work just fine mounting the screen

Q: Can you mount on vinyl fence?

No!!!! Not sure why you would want to mount that. This is ment for a screen for a projector

Q: Does it have to be mounted into a stud or are wall anchors secured just in dry wall?

Just make sure you use wall plugs for the screws and you're good to go.
