Well I'm certainly glad I got this on sale because it's not really worth the full price they are asking. Setup was moderate. Rather simple but ungainly. Quality control for the MSRP is low. A lot of flash left on the pieces; reqires 2 tools (wrench to hold and tighten lock nuts not included, but ilfitting Allen wrench is) to assemble; and the pre applied logo is upside down. Okay for the discount price, but I would expect much, much better at full price. I'm keeping mine but dont buy yours unless you get a deal. Ok size for the wider among us.

So far seems like a great outdoor chair. The Trex material is flat and slick. It doesn't really have a grain like some of the higher end Trex products. The Trex boards do Flex a little under load though so far seems sturdy enough for all uses. It was easy to put together and the instructions were decent. Took me about 15 minutes to put together. I used a screw gun on the hex bolts. The chair is reasonably comfortable and don't feel like I need a cushion. As others have mentioned it might be a little too upright though nothing too much to complain about. I was worried that the smaller Trex Adirondeck chair might be too narrow. This one is quite wide. Seems like a winner though I ordered two chairs and one of them was missing a single nut from the hardware. Not a huge deal though pretty annoying after you just dropped $300-400 on a chair.

I should have known that something was wrong with this chair when I noticed that the included Allen wrench did not properly fit the included screws. Then when I put it together the Trex symbol was upside down. That should have been my second clue that something was wrong with this chair. The most frustrating part, however, was that the screws on the arms are not properly aligned and so the right arm flaps in the air and isn't sturdy at all. I've purchased Trex furniture before and never had any problems. This chair is a clear sign that their quality control is very poor. Three glaring errors in one product is a major problem. Too many problems for such an expensive chair.

Bought 2 of these chairs,ottoman and small side table. They are awesome as they should be for the price! Highly recommended getting the ottoman with them! First came across these at a resort we stayed at and fell in love with them! Figured if they can hold up at a resort at the beach and be super comfortable than there worth the $$$

LOVE, love, love these chairs!!! These chairs are sturdy, very comfortable and look great around our fire pit. I didn't like the fact that you could only purchase three - that seemed like a weird number. We had to have a friend buy one for us so that we could have four around our fire pit. Other than that, these are great chairs - we've only had them a few weeks, but they've been out in the weather the entire time and still look great.

Not only is this a great product but they have outstanding customer service. I have a 3 year old chair that was chewed up by squirrels. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me two chair arms on warranty.Trex Furniture has the best warranty (20 years) in the industry and the company backs it 100% The chairs look great, very sturdy and comfortable. I have had my chairs over 3 years and they still look like new.I will definitely buy Trex Furniture again!

We are very happy with these chairs. They look great in a new outdoor seating area made as part of a backyard redo. Very comfortable for the adults is our family, all close to 6 ft. tall. Our son wants the matching footrest as the chair is a little high for him when seated all the way back. Nice wide arm rests, too.
