Cheap, hard to assemble, doesn't stay together. To be avoided.
Very cheap "arena" which is a couple of pieces the worst kind of plastic, and the Beyblades themselves do not stay together long enough to launch. I gave up trying to help my 8 year old son enjoy playing with this. It is garbage and the fact it has so many high ratings seems to me to be a pretty obvious case of review fraud. Even if the toy worked (ours did not) I cannot see how this would be worthy of more than two stars.

'Burst tops' burst too easily & hard to put back together
Kids have been having hours of fun with this and it actually keeps them away from laptops and devices! The tops however 'burst' (come apart in battle) way too easily and are not easy to put back together. This is very frustrating for the kids. We have ended up using elastic bands and duct-tape to keep them from bursting so the kids can have longer less frustrating play. After hours researching, I also think that this toy (beyblades in general) is over-priced. but the kids really enjoy them.

Get starter set
Great little starter set. One thing to know before opening this set is the tops of them indicate whether they need to be ripped through the left (white top) or right (black top).It comes with enough tops to be able to interchange to make them both spin in the same direction.

Awful
I am so disappointed with this!My 6 year old son was desperate to get this out of some birthday money.It wasn’t cheap at £51 but we agreed as he had other sets and loves them.The bayblades won’t stay fixed together and when they eventually do they won’t stick to the release wand and then fall apart again!I spend most of my time having to try to put everything back together again than he actually gets time to play with itSuch a waste of money

Well marketed tat!
The Beyblades work successfully less than half of the time. They fall apart easily, and either fail to attach to or release from the spinner. No exciting 'battles' happening here as the image on the box would have you believe. Will be returning after just two disappointing days of use.

Disappointed
Brought this for my son for Christmas paid just over £70 for this item and its not worth it. Very flimsy plastic even a tub of celebrations is a stronger plastic. Very disappointed. Would not recommend!
