One of the best Headsets on the market.

I bought this for my office and It works well.The written documentation is not great so be sure to look at the enclosed DVD, and if needed, go to the web to download additional information. If it Doesn't work, check the dipsticks. My office manager found it didn't charge. She didn't read instructions, and the problem is that the set has to be put on stand the right way- only one way to go on or it won't charge.Comes with good accessories and wearing options, sturdy, looks like it will last a long time, voice quality very good, and earpiece is very good too.Great product, good price.

For me the ear piece was a little uncomfortable. Overall nice quality and impressive runtime.

For myself there is nothing to dislike about this earpiece. I use it with Dragon Naturally Speaking and it works great! Nice fit.

junk! can someone make a normal phone headset?

The headset is very comfortable. It recharges very quickly. The range is fantastic. The problem is that I have never been able to stop interference from interrupting calls. I have adjusted the settings on the bottom of the headset but I have never been successful in stopping the random interference. My colleagues have complained to me to the point that I am going to buy a new headset for less than $50 (as opposed to the $200 I paid for this headset) just so that I do not interfere with telecoms any longer. I cannot recommend this headset because it cannot perform the basic function of a phone call.

Review for Sennheiser SD Office 506006 purchased Dec 2014 for $239 from Amazon. Price on Sennheiser website $350.I had been exploring wireless headsets and wanted something that was NOT bluetooth. There were no reviews on this product but bought it as I own Sennheiser wireless headphones and they have been excellent.I am using it with Avaya 2410 multi line office phone. The instructions were not quite clear and I had to call customer service. For headset use, the "green cable" is plugged into the headset jack of the phone. To use the phone, you have to press the headset button on the phone and then the button on the Sennheiser headset.Sound quality is great and I have had to turn to volume down. I can walk around the office without dropping the call orThe headset attaches to the charging area by a magnetic connection - like the macbook chargers - really cool.I have not used the Lync and computer set-up yet so cannot comment on it.Cons:- Cannot answer phones automatically by pressing the button on the headset. Not a big issue for me but could be for some users. Knocking off a star for this reason and also because instructions could be better.
