Like it. The chair came with bolts and things to help screw it on very satisfied because it made everything much easier. I've seen previous comments where they state that the chair rocks towards when people get up and it's true. But I've also noticed that it's not as big a deal as it seems at least for me. I like it overall it's cheaper than most but the quality isn't bad either. It's good for someone who's starting out who can't afford a 500 dollar chair

These chairs were not what I was expecting. I purchase 3 chairs and two work but not well. The third chair came with a defective part that made the whole chair unable to use. I am opening my business soon and rd a true setback to have to wait for the new part. The chairs are hard to rotate and come with ikea like instructions, but worse. I had to redo them several times.

I ordered 4 of these chairs back in October of 2015 because they looked stylish with a reasonable price tag on them.. As of May 2016, all 4 chairs have issues. One chairs foot pedal broke off, one chair leans to one side or another, one chair will not pump up all the way and the last chair makes a loud popping noise if pumped up any. I tried contacting the seller, with no response! They then close out my question with no response. I have been a hairstylist for 20 years and used lots of chairs. These are by far the worst chairs ever. $850 down the drain. I would never recommend buying from them, this product is completely useless to me at this point.

The chair is very comfortable, easy to clean and very easy to assemble...the clients love the matching shampoo unit too....
